Safety & credentials

Every captain, verified.

All transportation operators on Port of Call must hold a valid New York State Public Vessel (PV) operator's license issued by NYS Parks through its Marine Services Bureau. Every vessel must carry a current NYS Public Vessel Certificate of Inspection issued by NYS Parks, authorizing commercial passenger service. Commercial operations must also hold the applicable LGPC Tour Boat Special Permit issued by the Lake George Park Commission.
