A connected waterfront community

A Smarter, Safer, Stronger Lake

Port of Call is more than a way to discover where to go and how to get there. We're building a connected waterfront community that helps visitors make better-informed decisions, keeps people aware of changing conditions, and creates more opportunities for local businesses.

Verified Operators

Ride with greater confidence. Participating captains and transportation operators must provide proof of required licenses, credentials, and documentation. Port of Call tracks expiration dates and prevents operators with expired required credentials from accepting new rides until their documentation is current.

Know Before You Go

See what's happening around the lake before you head out. Port of Call lets captains and visitors report changing conditions and potential concerns they encounter on the water — floating debris, rough water, storm conditions, possible algae blooms, and navigation concerns — so others can stay informed more quickly.

Support Local

Every great day on the lake supports a local community. Port of Call connects visitors with local captains, restaurants, marinas, attractions, shops, lodging, tours, and other businesses at the moment they're deciding where to go and what to do.

Better information. Safer experiences. More opportunities for local businesses.

The AI concierge

"Can we get a boat from Lake George Village to Bolton Landing?"

"Where's a good place to swim with the kids?"

"What should we do this afternoon?"

"Where can we dock and grab dinner?"

"What's happening around the lake today?"
